Elections: Lobbyists

Vermont's registration period is two years, coinciding with the legislative biennium. All lobbyists and lobbyist employers that registered in 2009 are still registered through December 31, 2010, unless terminated by the lobbyist or lobbyist employer.

An updated Guide to the Lobbyist Registration and Disclosure Law has been posted below.

As of March 19, 2010, there are 416 registered lobbyists in Vermont and 387 registered lobbyist employers.
