Elections:

The July 25, 2009 disclosure reports for lobbyist employers, lobbyists and lobbying firms will be due July 27. The blank forms can be accessed by clicking the link below for Lobbying Forms. They will also be mailed to all registered lobbyist employers, lobbyists and lobbying firms.

All lobbyist and lobbyist employer registrations for the 2007-2008 biennium expired on December 31, 2008. New registrations that have been received for the 2009-2010 biennium have been processed as received.

The Vermont Registered Lobbyists publication for 2009-2010 is available in paper form and online. The deadline for submitting registrations to be included in this book was February 20, 2009. All registration material received after February 20, 2009 will be updated online, but will not be included in the printed publication.

An updated Guide to the Lobbyist Registration and Disclosure Law has also been posted below.

As of April 17, 2009, there are 378 registered lobbyists in Vermont and 351 registered lobbyist employers.
