ELECTIONS SUPPLIES ORDER FORM

ORDER FORM FOR ELECTION MATERIALS
(for use by Town/City Clerks)

Please order all supplies that you need for the entire year, or 2 years if you have storage space - that means town meeting, special meetings, September Primary and November General Election.

If you are new, or uncertain, please order at least 40% of your checklist for every Australian ballot election that you think will be held during the year - multiple shipments to towns are unnecessarily costly.

Clerks are advised to place their election supply orders well in advance of an election. The Secretary of State provides most election supplies (forms, envelopes, signs, seals, tags, etc.), warnings and primary and general election ballots. These items can be ordered by completing and submitting the order form to the Elections Division at the Office of the Secretary of State. You may submit the form by fax to (802) 828-5171, as an email attachment to (klane-karnas@sec.state.vt.us). or by mail to Office of the Secretary of State, Elections Division, 26 Terrace Street, Drawer 09, Montpelier, VT 05609-1101.
