Statewide Primary Election is August 24, 2010
Major Parties (Democratic, Progressive, Republican)
Candidate petitions of nomination and consent forms
must be filed no sooner than Monday,
May 10, 2010 and no later than 5 p.m. on Thursday, June 17, 2010.
General Election is November 2, 2010
Minor Parties (Libertarian, Liberty Union, Working Families)
As changed by S. 122 which has passed and has been signed by the Governor:
Statements of nomination and consent forms
must be filed
by the designated political party committee no sooner than Monday, May 10, 2010 and
no later than 5 p.m. on Thursday, June 17, 2010.
Independent Candidates (including Justice of the Peace)

must be filed no sooner than Monday, May 10, 2010 and
