STATE OFFICES INFORMATION:
The Vermont Secretary of State's Office receives many inquiries from citizens asking for information
about the six statewide offices. You can click on the links below to visit the official state websites for the six statewide
offices:
The Vermont statutes directs our office to publish a Candidate Information Guide including photographs and position statements written by each
candidate for all federal and statewide offices. This guide is now available on our website and will be included as an insert in the Burlington Free Press,
the Newport Daily Express, the Rutland Herald and the Times Argus before November 2, 2008. Click here

CANDIDATE INFORMATION GUIDE:
The Vermont statutes directs our office to publish a Candidate Information Guide including photographs and position statements written by each
candidate for all federal and statewide offices. This guide will be available on our website after October 27, 2008 and will be included as an
insert in various newspapers across the State of Vermont before November 3, 2008.
In September following the Primary Election Results and independent and minor party deadline,
we will mail forms to each federal and
statewide candidate and all who respond will be included. The guide will be available on our website during October and a printed
copy will be included as an insert in newspapers around the state during the week before the November 4 General Election.

of all of these links is a public information service and does not constitute nor imply endorsement of any candidate
by the Office of the Secretary of State.
