DECISION
A recount having been conducted for the Office of Auditor of Accounts, and the county clerks having completed the recount and reported the results
to this court pursuant to 17 V.S.A. §2602h(d), and this court having reviewed and decided the disposition of questionable ballots pursuant to 17 V.S.A.
§2602h(d) at a hearing convened for that purpose on December 21, 2006, and the court having compiled the results, the court finds that the following
number of votes were cast for each candidate for the office of Auditor of Accounts:

JUDGEMENT
The recount in this matter having been concluded and a Decision having been entered this day on the number of ballots cast for each candidate at a
general election held on the 7th of November, 2006, for the office of Auditor of Accounts,
IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AND CERTIFIED that Thomas M. Salmon is duly elected to the Office of Auditor of Accounts by the voters present
and voting.
