Information About Vermont Statewide Offices, Candidates, and Political Parties

The Vermont Secretary of State's Office receives many inquiries from citizens asking for information about the six statewide offices. You can click on the links below to visit the official state websites for the six statewide offices:

The Vermont statutes directs our office to publish a Candidate Information Guide including photographs and position statements written by each candidate for all federal and statewide offices. We will mail forms to each federal and statewide candidate and all who respond will be included. The guide will be available on our website during October and a printed copy will be included as an insert in newspapers around the state during the week before the November 7 General Election.

Inclusion of all of these links is a public information service and does not constitute nor imply endorsement of any candidate or organization by the Office of the Secretary of State.
