DAVID M. AINSWORTH of Royalton, Windsor County, Republican, was born on July 8, 1954. Occupation: Dairy Farmer/Vegetable Grower and Marketer. He was educated at South Royalton High School, South Royalton, VT; UVM, Burlington, VT (B.S., 1977). He is married to Peggy L. (Bowin) Ainsworth and they have two daughters and one son. Memberships: Justice of the Peace since 1980; Royalton Town Moderator since 1990; Cabot /Agri-Mark Resolution Committee (14 years); Tunbridge World’s Fair Director (8 years); Gifford Hospital Trustee (2nd Term); Farm Bureau member (30+ years); Royalton Town Band member (35 years); Past SRHS Alumni President and Trustee; Past Royalton Memorial Library Trustee (23 years); Past Advisory Board member for UVM College of Agriculture; 5th Generation Vermont Farmer (in the family since 1867); Alpha Gamma Rho and Alpha Zeta member.
