    CHARLES "BUTCH" H. SHAW    


CHARLES "BUTCH" H. SHAW Born January 8, 1948 in Middlebury, VT, receiving his primary and secondary education in Middlebury schools and post secondary at Massachusetts Trade Technology School in Boston, MA in 1967. Married to the former Mary Chamberlain in 1968 and they have one son. Butch relocated to Pittsford in 1968 and has been a resident since. A Licensed Master Electrician and Traffic Signal Technician, he formed his own small business in 1980 known as CEA, Inc., an Electrical Contracting firm specializing in the installation and maintenance of Traffic Signals, Roadway Lighting, Rail-Highway Signals and Airport Airfield Lighting. As a member of the community his involvements include: Current membership in the Volunteer Fire Department since 1969, rising to the rank of Assistant Fire Chief; Current Chairman of Pittsford Board of Civil Authority and a Justice of the Peace since 1973; Current Chairman and longtime member of The Pittsford Republican Committee; A former Wrestling Coach at Otter Valley Union High School; A former member of The Associated General Contractors of Vermont, serving on the organization's Highway and Bridge Committee.
