CHIP CONQUEST
of Wells River, Orange County, Democrat, was born on October 17, 1961, in Cleveland, Ohio and became a resident in 1990. He grew up in Shelburne, VT; attended UVM, from which he holds a bachelor’s in English, and The Evergreen State College, in Washington, from which he received a Master’s in teaching. He is a farmer and carpenter, married to Fay Homan and they have a son and a daughter. He is a member of the Blue Mountain Union school board and chairman of the Baldwin Memorial Library board.
