EILEEN "LYNN" G. DICKINSON of St. Albans Town, Franklin County, Republican, was born on October 8, 1949, in Teaneck, New Jersey, and became a resident of present town in 1973. Occupation: Business Manager at Dickinson & Branon Dental Care. She was educated at John F. Kennedy High School, Katonah, New York (Regents Diploma with honors in Math); Manhattanville College, Purchase, New York (B.A. – Chemistry, 1971). She is married to Ricahrd A. Dickinson, DDS, and they have two girls and one son. Owner with husband of a farm in St. Albans Town, raising beef cattle. Formerly Realtor with Poquette and Bruley, St. Albans; Member of the following organizations over the past 35 years: Advisory Board of Community College of Vermont in Franklin County; Franklin-Grand Isle Mental Health Agency; St. Mary’s Parish Council as Chair of Education Committee; President of the Title I Parents Advisory Committee for the pre-school program at the Franklin Central Supervisory Union; President of the Parent Teacher Organization St. Albans City Elementary School; Incorporator of Northwestern Medical Center, Board of Trustees, Bellows Free Academy, St. Albans, Chair for 4 years; School Director of Bellows Free Academy, St. Albans Union High School District 48; Public Oversight Committee that makes recommendations to Commissioner of BISHCA. RICHARD J. HOWRIGAN of Fairfield, Franklin County, Democrat, was born in Colchester, Vermont, on February 14, 1933. Occupation: real estate valuation. He was educated at Fairfield Elementary School, Fairfield, Vermont; St. Mary’s, St. Albans, Vermont; St. Michael’s College, Colchester, Vermont (B.A., 1956); University of Connecticut; University of Rochester. He is married to Kathleen Ann Speer, and they have one son. Member of: Vermont Society of Appraisers, past president; State Board of Tax Appeals; Former Fire Chief; Green Mountain Returned Peace Corps Volunteers; National Association of Homebuilders, Spike member; Assisted Housing Committee; Appraisal Institute and American Society, retired member; U.S. Army - Member Green Mountain Post I of St. Albans; St. Albans Elks #1566; Member, VT Old Cemetery Association (VOCA); Chair, Fairfield Olde Cemetery Association.
