ANNE T. O'BRIEN
of Richmond, Chittenden County, Democrat, was born in Northampton, Massachusetts, on January 27, 1956 and became a resident of St. Albans Vermont a few weeks later. She became a resident of Richmond in 1984. Occupation: Health Care Administrator. She was educated at Champlain Valley Union High School in Hinesburg, Vermont, the University of Vermont (B.S.N. 1982), and St. Michael’s College (M.S.A. 1992). She has three adult children, a daughter and two sons. Her career has included working as a Visiting Nurse, Executive Director of the Vermont Council for Quality, Extension Faculty at UVM, and HealthCare Business Analyst Consultant. She is a Baldrige Examiner and has served as an examiner trainer. She recently worked as the Director of Patient Safety and Organizational Excellence at a medical center in northern New York. She has served on a variety of boards including the Vermont Human Resource Investment Council, Vermont Council for Quality, and the Richmond Board of Civil Authority.
