JASON P. LORBER of Burlington, Chittenden County, Democrat, was born on December 10, 1966, in Philadelphia. He is a standup comedian and actor on stage, film, and television. He also runs Aplomb Consulting, a company that strengthens nonprofit organizations, healthcare clinics, and corporations through strategic planning, research, marketing, and business consulting. His civil union partner, Nathaniel G. Lew (Nat) is an assistant professor at Saint Michael’s College. Their son Max (born May 25, 2006) has not yet declared his profession. CHITTENDEN-3-3 RACHEL WESTON RACEHL WESTON of Burlington, Chittenden County, Democrat, was born in Hampden, Massachusetts, on July 26, 1981. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 2003 (BA, Anthropology) and the University of Vermont in 2006 (MPA, Public Administration). Prior to pursuing a Masters, she taught music at Swans Island Elementary and worked with community non-profit organizations. As a graduate student, she worked as a research assistant and with the Vermont Commission on Women and United Nations. She served as President of the UVM Graduate Student Senate, and as a Campus Compact Civic Engagement Fellow. Member of the House 2007-2008, 2009-2010.
