DONNA G. SWEANEY of Windsor, Windsor County, Democrat, was born in Steubenville, Ohio, on June 18, 1943, and became a resident of present town in 1978. Occupation: Retired Educator. She was educated in elementary and high schools in Ohio; Youngstown State University, Youngstown, Ohio (B.A., 1966) and the University of Hartford, Hartford, Connecticut (M.Ed., 1974). She is married to William J. Ballantyne, Psy.D. Member: Vermont Counseling Association; Vermont School Counselors; Mt. Ascutney Hospital, board of trustees; Vermont NEA; Windsor selectboard, past chair, 1986-87. Member of the House: 1997-98, 1999-2000, 2001-2002, 2003-2004, 2005-2006, 2007-2008.
