WINDSOR-1-2 CYNTHIA MARTIN CYNTHIA MARTIN of Springfield, Windsor County, Democrat, was born in Floral Park, New York, on April 11, 1940. She became a resident of Springfield in 1974. Occupation: Bed & Breakfast Host. She was educated at Syracuse University, B.A., 1961. She has one daughter and three sons. She has worked for Woodbury Florist in design, sales and office work; Johnson & Dix Fuel Corp. in customer service; as Executive Secretary for Springfield Chamber of Commerce. Other secretarial positions held were for the Springfield Selectboard, Springfield Food Co-op, Windsor County Farm Bureau, St. Mary’s Parish Council, Windsor County Agricultural Fair, for which she was also main coordinator for a period of nine years. She assisted her husband Clint in raising a beef herd and auctioneering.
