of Barre, Washington County, Democrat, was born in Barre, Vermont, on March 12, 1943. He has been a lifelong resident of present town. Occupation: Business Owner - VT Fire Extinguisher and retired restaurateur. He was educated at Spaulding High School, Barre, Vermont. He has one daughter and one son. He is the former Mayor of the City of Barre; past Economic Development Coordinator for Barre Area Development Corp; and previous member of the Barre Rotary Club.
