LEO M. VALLIERE of Barre, Washington County, Republican, was born on June 11, 1941, in Barre, Vermont, and has been a lifelong resident. Occupation: Developer/Realtor. He was educated at Spaulding High School, Barre, Vermont; Norwich University, Northfield, Vermont (B.A., 1963); Armored Officers Basic, Fort Knox, Kentucky (1964). He is married to the former Rita Anne Eckert and they have two daughters and one son.
