JAMES MCNEIL of Rutland Town, Rutland County, Republican, born in Rutland Town, on July 24, 1958, and is a lifelong resident. He is a Haberdasher with McNeil & Reedy, Inc. James received his primary education at St. Peters Elementary School in Rutland, Vt., his high school diploma at Mount St. Joseph Academy, Rutland, Vt., and his A.S. - General Business in 1979. He is married to the former Lori Creaser and they have one son and one daughter. He is a former Cub Scout Leader. Memberships: Rutland Town Select Board (4 years); Rutland Downtown Partnership (4 years) - Board of Directors; Knights of Columbus - Current Grand Knight; Current Notary Public and Justice of the Peace.
