SUSAN HATCH DAVIS of Washington, Orange County, Progressive, was born on January 12, 1953 in Barre, Vermont and has been a resident of present town for 30 years. ORANGE-1 PHILIP C. WINTERS PHILIP C. WINTERS of Williamstown, Orange County, Republican, was born in Barre, Vermont, on April 8, 1937. He is a lifelong resident of Williamstown. He was a dairy farmer for 27 years and worked for the UVM Extension System for 7 years. He was educated in Williamstown elementary and secondary schools and is a veteran of the U.S. Army. He is married to the former Yvonne M. Lanctot, and they have two daughters and one son. He was former school board member, selectboard member and lister for the Town of Williamstown. He is a member of the Orange County Farm Bureau, board of directors and a former member of various farm organizations. Presently a member of the Northfield County Club grounds crew.
