HARVEY B. OTTERMAN, JR.
of Topsham, Orange County, Republican, was born in Washington, D.C. on February 18, 1926 and became a resident of present town in 1946. He was educated at George Washington University, Washington, D.C. (B.A., 1948; LL.B., 1950). He is married to the former Doris Clark and they have three sons. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1943-1946. He has been a voter in Topsham for 58 years. He has served in various Topsham Town Offices for 44 years, including School Director, Moderator, Selectman and on the Budget Committee. He has been a lawyer in general practice for 50 years. Member of: Vermont Bar Association, President; New England Bar Association, President; Vermont Professional Conduct Board, Chairman; Vermont Judicial Conduct Board, member; Disciplinary Committee of Federal Court of Appeals - NYC, Vermont Member.
