PATSY FRENCH of Randolph, Orange County, Democrat, was born in Randolph, Vermont, on August 22, 1949; grew up in Royalton, Vermont; and has been a resident of Randolph since 1978. She graduated from the University of Vermont in 1972 with a B.S. in Elementary Education. She was formerly an elementary school classroom teacher and Chapter I reading and math tutor and is now co-owner/manager of rental property. She is married to Patrick French and they have two sons. She is a member of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Orange and Windsor Counties Community Advisory Board, a member of the Central Vermont Council on Aging Advisory Council, a board member of the Northeastern Vermont Area Health Education Center and she volunteers for several Randolph organizations. JIM HUTCHINSON of Randolph, Orange County, Democrat, was born on August 4, 1947, in Randolph, Vermont. He has been a lifelong resident. Occupation: Construction Safety Consultant. He was educated at Randolph Elementary and Union High Schools, Randolph, Vermont; Franklin Technical Institute, Boston, Massachusetts; Vermont Technical College, Randolph, Vermont. He is married to Leslie Hutchinson and they have one daughter and one son. He was in the U.S. Navy (Seabees), 1969-1970. He is the Chair of the Randolph Select Board and the Vice-President, Board of Directors, of VT Adaptive Ski and Sports. Member of the House: 2005-2006, 2007-2008. Home phone: 728-5294.
