RICHARD A. WESTMAN of Cambridge, Lamoille County, Republican, was born in Burlington, Vermont, on March 13, 1959, and became a resident of present town in March, 1959. Occupation: Vermont Student Assistance Corporation, Director, Vermont Higher Education Investment Plan. He was educated in elementary schools in Cambridge, Vermont; Lamoille Union High School, Hyde Park, Vermont; Johnson State College, Johnson, Vermont (B.A., 1982). He lives with Joan Nagy. Member of: Vermont Center for the Book Board. Member of the House: 1983-84, 1985-86, 1987-88, 1989-90, 1991-92, 1993-94, 1995-96, 1997-98, 1999-2000, 2001-2002, 2003-2004, 2005-2006, 2007-2008.
