WILLIAM R. FRANK of Underhill, Chittenden County, Democrat was born and raised in Michigan. After graduating from Central Michigan University with a BS and MS in Mathematics and serving in the Army he moved to Vermont to begin a career with IBM in Essex Junction. Retiring after 30 years of service Bill formed a consulting and programming company specializing in controlling the flow of products in a manufacturing line. Bill married Bev in 1971 and moved to Underhill in 1977; they have one grown daughter. They are members of the United Church of Underhill. Bill served on the Underhill ID Elementary and Chittenden East Supervisory Union school boards and is currently chairman of the Board of Trustees of Pine Ridge School in Williston. CHITTENDEN-8 GAYE R. SYMINGTON GAYE R. SYMINGTON of Jericho, Chittenden County, Democrat, was born in Boston, Massachusetts, on April 20, 1954 and became a resident of present town in July, 1988. She was educated in schools in New York state and in Virginia; Williams College, Williamstown, Massachusetts (B.A., 1977); Cornell University, Ithaca, New York (M.B.A., 1983). She worked in business financial management prior to raising children. She is married to Charles M. Lacy, and they have one daughter and two sons. She is a former board member of the Vermont Community Loan Fund and the Vermont Health and Education Building Finance Agency. She currently works at the Intervale Foundation as the Development Director. She has volunteered for Jericho community organizations such as the Community Center and the Town Library. Member of the House: 1997-98, 1999-2000, 2001-2002, 2003-2004, 2005-2006, 2007-2008. Religious preference: Unitarian Universalist. Home phone: 899-3324.
