DENISE BEGINS BARNARD of Richmond, Chittenden County, Democrat, was born in Montpelier, Vermont, on April 16, 1960. Occupation: Owner of Bridge Street Hair, Inc. She attended Richmond Elementary School, Camels Hump Middle School, and graduated from Mt. Mansfield Union H.S. in 1978. She continued her education at O'Briens School of Cosmetology. Associate at the Snelling Center for Government, Vermont Leadership Institute - Class of 2007. She is married to Michael V. Barnard, parents of Taylor and Nicole. Member of: Richmond Board of Civil Authority; Richmond Terraces Board; Richmond Area Business Association; Richmond Area Adoption Group; Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church.
