CYNTHIA BROWNING
of Arlington, Bennington County, Democrat, was born in Rochester, New York, on April 18, 1953, and became a resident of present town in 1998. Occupation: Customer Service Representative and Nonprofit Executive Director at the Vermont Country Store and the Battenkill Watershed Alliance. She was educated at Bennington College, Bennington, VT (B.A., 1979); University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI (MA/Ph.D., 1989).
