DONALD E. "DON" COLLINS
of Swanton, Franklin County, Democrat, was born in Lowell, Vermont, on November 11, 1942, and became a resident of Franklin County
in 1983. Occupation: Educator for 32 years; final 14 as a Superintendent of Schools in Fairfax and Georgia, Vermont. He currently
works for Vermont Partners Consulting, a family owned business, that offers construction management services, health lifestyle
programs and school improvement strategies. He was educated at Lowell Graded School; Newport Center High School; Johnson State
College-Bachelor's degree; University of Maine-Master's degree; University of Vermont-Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study. He is

SARA BRANON KITTELL
of Fairfield, Franklin County, Democrat, was born in Burlington, Vermont, on November 8, 1946, grew up and resides in Fairfield.
