ROSEMARY MCLAUGHLIN
of Royalton, Windsor County, Democrat, was born in Royalton, Vermont, on July 15, 1952, and has been a lifelong resident.
Occupation: She owns a horse farm, Hitching Post Farm, in Royalton, where she has taught riding and trained horses and hosted
combined training events for the past 30 years. She was educated at South Royalton Elementary School and South Royalton High
School, South Royalton, Vermont; Vermont Technical College, Randolph, Vermont (1969-1970); Reed College, Portland, Oregon
(1971-1973. She is married to Tom Wells and they have one daughter, Katie Berk. She is currently serving on the Royalton
Selectboard. She served on the Royalton School Board from 1990-1996, has been a Justice of the Peace for many years, has
served on a variety of committees and has been active in the community. Member of the House: 2003-2004, 2005-2006. Home phone:
