ANNE DE LA BLANCHETAI DONAHUE of Northfield, Washington County, Republican, was born on March 20, 1956, in Burlington, Vermont, and became a resident of present town in 1990. MAXINE GRAD of Moretown, Washington County, Democrat, was born on August 10, 1960, in Great Neck, New York, and became a resident of present town in 1986. Occupation: attorney/educator. She was educated at VT Law School, South Royalton, Vermont (VT JD, MSL, 1985); Clark University, Worcester, Massachusetts (MA, BA, 1982); Snelling Center for Government's Vermont Leadership Institute Alumna. She is married to Ron Shems and they have two daughters.
