DAVID W. ALLAIRE of Rutland, Rutland County, Republican, was born in Rutland, Vermont on January 26, 1956. Occupation: Advertising Salesmen for Hyjek & Co. He was educated at Christ the King Elementary School, Rutland, Vermont; Mount Saint Joseph Academy, Rutland, Vermont; Castleton State College, Castleton, Vermont. He is married to the former Audrey S. Sharrow, and they have one daughter and one son.
