DAVID S. DEPOY of Rutland, Rutland County, Republican, was born December 26, 1970, in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, and has been a resident of Rutland since shortly after birth. He was educated at Rutland High School, Rutland, Vermont and graduated from Castleton State College, Castleton, Vermont in 1993.
