JOSEPH A. BAKER of West Rutland, Rutland County, Republican, was born in Proctor, Vermont, on March 14, 1959, and became a resident of present town in July, 1984. Occupation: metrologist, General Electric Aircraft Engines. He was educated at Proctor Graded School and Proctor High School, Proctor, Vermont. Member of; St. Bridgets Catholic Church; West Rutland Selectboard, 7 years; Post #87 American Legion - West Rutland, member and past commander. DAVID EARLE POTTER of Clarendon, Rutland County, Democrat, was born on December 6, 1943, in Proctor, Vermont, and became a resident of present town in 1980. Occupation: retired.
