(1981-1983). He is married to Anne D. Lezak and they have two daughters and one son. Member of: Mendon School Board; Barstow
Memorial School Board; American College of Emergency Physicians; Vermont State Medical Society Physician Policy Council and Drug
Task Force; Former Vice Chair, Medical Practice Board; Clinical Faculty, University of Vermont School of Medicine; Legislative
Award, Vermont Children's Forum, 2004. Member of the House: 2003-2004, where he served on the Education Commitee, 2005-2006.
