GEORGE R. ALLARD of St. Albans Town, Franklin County, Democrat, was born in St. Albans City on January 23, 1944 and has been a resident of present town since September, 1969. Occupation: retired. He was educated at Holy Angels School, and Bellows Free Academy, St. Albans, Vermont. He is married to the former Karen Brown, and they have four sons. Member of: Planning Commission (three years); Cub Scout Leader. Member of the House: 1995-96, 1997-98, 1999-2000, 2001-2002, 2003-2004, 2005-2006. Religious preference: Catholic.
