CAROLYN W. BRANAGAN of Georgia, Franklin County, Republican, was born on June 5, 1954, in Windsor, Vermont, and became a resident of present town in 1963. She was educated at Bellows Free Academy, St. Albans, Vermont; University of Vermont, Burlington, Vermont (B.S.-1976 and M.Ed.-1984). She is married to Christopher Branagan and they have two daughters and one son. Organizations: Franklin County Republican Committee Chair; Member of the Governor's Commission on International Education; Co-Chair of Vermont Legislative Women's Caucus, 2004; Vermont House Education Committee Clerk, 2003-2004; Georgia School Board Chair; Georgia Town Moderator; Georgia Town History Editor; Past Officer and Member of the Board of Trustees for Martha's Kitchen, Franklin County's only free soup kitchen; and Georgia Baptist Church Treasurer. BRIAN C. DUNSMORE of Georgia, Franklin County, Republican, was born on September 16, 1968, in St. Albans, Vermont, and has been a lifelong resident of Georgia.
