JAMES O'NEILL CONDON of Colchester, Chittenden County, Democrat, was born on May 19, 1958, in New London, Connecticut, and became a resident of present town in 1993. Occupation: Deli and Grocery Store Manager. He was educated at the University of Connecticut, Storrs, Connecticut (B.A., History, 1981). He is past president of the VT Associated Press Broadcasters Association. He is a volunteer for the Toys for Kids of Vermont. Member of the House: 2005-2006. Home phone: 655-5764. MALCOLM F. SEVERANCE of Colchester, Chittenden County, Republican, was born in Colchester, on October 9, 1924, and has been a resident of Colchester continuously since 1960. Occupation: retired. He was educated at Colchester Union School; Edmunds High School, Burlington; University of Vermont (B.S., 1949); and the University of Wisconsin, Madison, Wisconsin (Ph.D., 1958), UVM Professor and Administrator 1953-1986. He is married to the former Gladys Clark (UVM '49), and they have two daughters and a son.
