MALCOLM F. SEVERANCE
of Colchester, Chittenden County, Republican, was born in Colchester, on October 9, 1924, and has been a resident of Colchester

University of Vermont (B.S., 1949); and the University of Wisconsin, Madison, Wisconsin (Ph.D., 1958), UVM Professor and
