JOYCE H. ERRECART
of Shelburne, Chittenden County, Republican, was born in Vergennes, Vermont on July 1, 1950, and became a resident of Shelburne
in 1983. Occupation: attorney. She was educated at Otter Valley Union High School in Brandon, Vermont, Wellesley College in
Wellesley, Massachusetts (B.A., 1972), American University in Washington, D.C. (J.D., 1976), and Georgetown University in
Washington, D.C. (L.L.M. in Taxation, 1981). She is widow of Michael T. Errecart and has two children, Mike and Jackie. Past
public service includes: Vermont Commissioner of Taxes, Shelburne Zoning Board, and the Shelburne Board of Civil Authority. Joyce
has served on the Boards of the Federation of Tax Administrators, Shelburne News, Burlington Meals on Wheels, Greater Burlington
Industrial Corporation, and the Vermont YWCA. She currently serves on the Boards of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston, Vermont
Student Opportunity Scholarship, and Shelburne Charlotte Hinesburg Interfaith Projects. She is a member of the Shelburne United
