JOHANNAH LEDDY DONOVAN of Burlington, Chittenden County, Democrat, was born on September 18, 1944, in Burlington and has been a lifelong resident. Occupation: Teacher. She was educated at Rice Memorial High School, South Burlington, Vermont; Trinity College, Burlington, Vermont (B.A., 1967). She is married to Thomas Donovan and they have five daughters and one son. Member of: Lund Family Center, Board of Trustees; Irish Heritage Committee; Chittenden County Democratic Committee; Burlington Democratic City Committee; Christ the King Parish.     BILL KEOGH    


BILL KEOGH of 21 Alder Lane, Burlington, Chittenden County, Democrat, was born on October 13, 1930, in Burlington. He attended local schools and graduated from St. Michael's College with a Liberal Arts degree. Retired Association Executive and Vermont Army National Guard Lt. Colonel. He is the father of five children, with nine grandchildren. Avocations include, but not limited to, baseball umpiring; runner, having completed a marathon at age 60; skiing; basketball; public service. At State level, former Chair of the Vermont Lemon Law Board, member of Human Services and Unemployment boards. At the County level, Burlington's representative on the Chittenden County Metropolitan Planning Organization. Local experience; a City Councilor (10 years); City Department head (3 years); City Planning Commission (7 years). Burlington City Council Committee assignments: Liquor Control/License Committee, Transportation, Waterfront, Personnel. Leadership positions with AARP (State Training Coordinator), local and state-wide umpire associations, Association Executives, Knights of Columbus.
