of Barnet, Caledonia County, Republican, was born in Brownington, Vermont, on March 6, 1934. Occupation: certified soil, aggregate
and concrete technician. He was educated at South Ryegate and Barnet elementary schools and St. Johnsbury Trade School, St.
Johnsbury, Vermont. He is married to the former Beverly M. Goodwin, and they have four daughters, four sons, 16 grandchildren and
